Thunder Experiences is a program that allows you to create customized and memorable Thunder event experiences at Thunder home games, using the official Oklahoma City Thunder mobile app. All experiences can be redeemed based on availability.

Registration

How do I register for Thunder Experiences?

Once you register for the program, you will receive a text message with a link to view the list of experiences as they become available. Experiences are only available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.


Open

Open the Thunder mobile app.

Select

Open the menu and select experiences.

Register

Register using the email address on your Thunder account.


You must register using the email address on your Thunder season ticket account. This will allow you to access pre-loaded experience points to be used use throughout the season, as well as to sign up to receive text messages when experiences become available. If you don’t know the email address associated with your account, you can contact your personal Thunder personal account manager.

Once you register for the program, you will receive a text message with a web link to view the list of experiences as soon as they become available. Experiences are only available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.



Points System

How do I earn points?

There are two types of points offered; Starting Lineup points and Fan Assist points.

Starting Lineup points are earned based on season ticket tenure, and Fan Assist points are earned based on how often and how early your tickets are scanned at all Thunder games.

The Starting Lineup point structure is as follows:

As a full Thunder Season Ticket Member, you are automatically pre-enrolled in Thunder Experiences. Activate your points by registering in the program using the official Thunder mobile app or by clicking here.


Do Thunder Experiences points roll over to the next season?

Your do not roll over, so be sure to use your points often during the 2017-18 season!


Can I purchase more Thunder Experiences points?

No, at this time you cannot purchase additional Thunder Experiences points.


I have redeemed an experience with my points. Now what?

Follow the prompts after you confirm your redemption to find out when and where and you need to go to redeem your experience. If you have any questions, please contact your personal Thunder account manager.

Throughout the year there will be many unique and exciting experiences made available to you. Experiences will change frequently and are subject to availability; please note that not all experiences will be available at every game. When will Thunder Experiences opportunities become available for selection?

Starting this Wednesday, October 18 at Noon, you can begin reserving experiences for home games through the month of October. Following that, all Experiences will open at noon on the 1st of each month.

Select Thunder Experiences opportunities for the second half of the 2017-18 season (games starting January 26 – April 12) will become available for selection starting Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Noon CST.

New opportunities will also continue to become available throughout the 2017-18 season, so be sure to continue to check back as well!

I don't have an iPhone or Android smartphone. Can I still take part in Thunder Experiences?

Yes. You can still access Thunder Experiences by contacting your personal Thunder account manager.


I secured a postgame experience, but my battery is dying.

No worries! You can visit one of the three U.S. Cellular smartphone charging stations located inside Chesapeake Energy Arena at Sections 111119 and 301.  Ask any usher or Thunder representative to help you find the closest charging station to your location.
