Any fan who’s ever encountered a problem at Chesapeake Energy Arena probably knows that our Guest Relations staff goes above and beyond – sometimes way, way above and far, far beyond – to make sure our fans’ experience during a Thunder game is as good as it can be.
What fans don’t know is that they also take very good care of their co-workers.
Just tonight, two of our full-time staffers dug up a more comfortable chair for one of our very pregnant staffers who’s working in one of the staff areas. About 20 minutes later, when another staffer needed a AA battery, they got on the radio and came up with one within about a minute.
I guess they can’t help it – good service is just in their nature, no matter who needs a little helping hand.
